Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with operational and clinical leaders to ensure safe patient care by using evidence-based best practices.
• Assists with staff orientation programs and credentialing for new hires within scope of practice.
• Promotes unit compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Identifies areas for quality improvement initiatives and supports performance evaluations.
• Monitors infection control and OSHA requirements in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Supports front-line accountability and adapts communication to patient populations.
