Job summary

Advocate Medical Group in Elgin, IL, seeks an experienced Ambulatory and Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead selected clinical areas and support the practice in delivering patient care aligned with policies and procedures.

The role requires RN licensure and 2-3 years’ lead or supervisory experience, outpatient experience preferred, and Spanish speaking preferred. Travel between two sites is required; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Licensure required.
• 2-3 years previous Lead or Supervisory experience preferred.
• Outpatient experience preferred or helpful.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selected clinical areas and coordinate patient care.
