SB CLINICAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT PLAN INC is seeking an Ambulatory Nurse Manager for Stony Brook Internists, UFPC in Southampton, NY. The RN will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, working with the Department Administrator to implement policies for efficient outpatient care.
The role includes supervising staff, HR tasks, triage, lab review, and ensuring DOH/JCAHO/HIPAA/OSHA compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential to support physicians and patients in a busy ambulatory
Location: Southampton, NY.
Schedule: Full Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; evenings and weekends may be required).
Salary Range: $115,501 – $126,933 (pay determined based on experience, preferred qualifications, and education). The above range is our good faith estimate at the time of posting.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Ambulatory Clinic working closely with the Department Administrator to develop and institute policies and procedures for the smooth, efficient flow of outpatient care.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with patients, staff and medical providers. The employee must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. This position is active and requires the employee to constantly move about in the office to assist patients, staff and medical providers.
