Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is seeking a licensed registered nurse to provide professional nursing services and support the Alaska Native Medical Center and related programs. The role focuses on individualized patient care using standard nursing processes, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring safety and quality in service delivery.

The position requires an Associate Degree in Nursing with AK licensure, ongoing continuing education credits, and CPR/BLS certification.

Formación

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; continuing education is required (30 hours every 2 years).
• Current RN license in Alaska with ability to practice in AK."
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Required certifications: Basic Life Support; other certifications as job area requires; renewal within specified timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing services to implement patient care plans using the nursing process.
• Deliver nursing care safely, therapeutically, and efficiently for assigned patients.
• Perform nursing assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
• Direct day-to-day activities of LPNs, NAs, and PSAs.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other health care providers for goals and care plans.
• Ensure safety, evidence-based practice, and cost considerations in care planning and delivery.
