Qualifications

• RN license active in applicable state; BLS certification required.
• 3 years RN experience preferred; neurology experience preferred.
• BSN or MSN preferred; strong communication and teamwork.
• Experience with EMR systems and charting.
• Ability to lead, mentor and participate in quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care and education.
• Support nursing practice across settings and continuum of care.
• Lead through preceptor roles and participate in committees or projects.
• Delegate patient care based on skill, acuity and resources.
• May drive personal vehicle as part of role.
