Job summary

University of Kentucky seeks an RN for ambulatory care within the Kentucky Neuroscience Institute. You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on managing complex neurological and neuromuscular conditions, including ALS, Parkinson’s, MS, stroke, and spine surgery.

Responsibilities include skilled assessments, care plans, patient education and coordination in a busy ambulatory setting. ADN required with BLS; licensure in KY or Compact state in good standing is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Windows, Word and Outlook.
• Active RN license in KY or Compact state in good standing; BLS for Healthcare Provider.
• BSN degree preferred or ADN to BSN pathway noted in job materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide disease-specific patient care in ambulatory settings for complex neurological conditions.
• Perform skilled assessments, care planning, education and clinical interventions.
