Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Within first six months, complete one MA certification (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA, NRCMA, CCMA, NAHP).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with clinic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow through the site and prep exam rooms.
• Assist practitioners with procedures (ECG, venipuncture, immunizations) as directed.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and monitor equipment inventories.
• Provide professional patient interactions and assist with administrative tasks.
• Perform duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
