Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a medical assistant diploma or 2 years of medical assistant experience or be a certified MA with 2 years of medical assistant experience, to qualify.
• Phlebotomy skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5.
• Communicate test results to patients and manage return calls.
• Process prescription refill requests and respond to MyChart messages.
• Support providers and assist with patient transitions into care.
• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Document care in the electronic health record and collaborate with the care team.
