Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Ambulatory Medical Assistant to support physicians and nurse practitioners in a fast-paced outpatient setting in Boston. You will perform clinical tasks, prepare exam rooms, collect vital signs, and assist with basic procedures.

You will handle front desk duties as needed and contribute to patient education, documentation, and coordinating lab tests, EKGs, and other services while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Escort patients to exam room and throughout facility as needed.
• Stock, prepare and turnaround exam/procedure rooms.
• Prepare patients for treatments and assist physicians/NPs as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, finger sticks per procedures.
• Enter patient data into EHR and maintain Meaningful Use requirements.
• Coordinate testing and consultations; follow up with results and patient education.
• Order, organize, and maintain inventory of clinical supplies; verify code cart.
• Support front desk duties (phones, check-in, co-pay collection).
