Aurora Internal Medicine at 205 Valley Ave in West Bend, WI is part of the Advocate Health system. We are seeking Medical Assistants and LPNs to join our ambulatory care team, supporting providers and delivering compassionate patient care.

You will welcome patients, collect vital signs, prepare them for exams, assist with procedures, administer vaccines, document in the EHR, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure high-quality care in a busy clinic.

Qualificações

• BLS certification within 45 days unless not required by department leader.
• MA: completion of an accredited or approved Medical Assistant program or 2 years of verifiable full-time MA experience in the last 5 years.
• LPN: Advanced training beyond High School including completion of an accredited or approved Practical Nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients and support their transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab-related tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and teammates to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.

Formação

GED or HS Equivalency Diploma

Medical Assistant program completion or 2 years MA experience

LPN program completion
