Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in Kansas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with check-in, examinations and procedures.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments; clarify orders.
  • Triage patient calls and evaluate health status.
  • Coordinate labs, imaging, referrals and home care as needed.
  • Provide patient education on medications, tests, and procedures.
  • Document medical information using EMR and forms.
