Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with state board.
• May require IV therapy/management skills per North Dakota regulations if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the health, comfort and safety of patients.
• Documents a thorough medical history from patient.
• Contributes to assessment and administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provides technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsels patients and families on prevention and treatment plans.
