Qualifications

• Lic-Pharmacist License - Tennessee
• Bachelor's (Required)
• 1 year work experience in relevant setting

Responsibilities

• Reviews drug orders and prescriptions to ensure safe, appropriate and cost-effective use of medications.
• Prepares and dispenses medications, provides drug information and manages therapy per regulations and hospital policy.
• Counsels patients, monitors therapy, and supports the patient care team to optimize outcomes.
• Supervises assigned staff and verifies accuracy of medications prior to dispensing.
• Supports quality assurance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
