AIS Healthcare in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our ambulatory infusion center. This full-time, on-site role provides advanced clinical care to patients receiving specialty biologic and disease-modifying therapies in an outpatient setting.

You will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, interpret labs, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while adhering to Arizona scope-of-practice requirements.

Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited program.
• Collaborative/supervisory agreement, if applicable.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong interest in specialty infusion, chronic disease management, or outpatient procedural care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories, physical examinations, and clinical evaluations.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic results to support treatment decisions.
• Develop and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with prescribing providers.
• Oversee specialty biologic and disease-modifying infusion and injectable therapies.
• Monitor patients for infusion-related reactions and changes in condition.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding therapies, side effects, and disease management.
• Document clinical encounters accurately and timely, including ICD-10 and CPT coding.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and reimbursement teams to coordinate care.
• Support clinical quality initiatives, protocol development, and process improvement efforts.

Position Summary

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
• Current or eligible collaborative/supervisory agreement, if applicable
• Current CPR certification
• Strong interest in specialty infusion, chronic disease management, or outpatient procedural care

Preferred

• Previous infusion, biologic therapy, or outpatient clinical experience
• Experience with chronic disease management
• Exposure to ambulatory care or infusion center settings
