Job summary

Atrium Health Infectious Disease Cabarrus is seeking a compassionate Ambulatory RN to support triage, care coordination for at-home infusion patients, and clinic support. This full-time role is located at AH Cabarrus in the Medical Arts Building and involves close collaboration with providers and the clinical team.

Required: RN license, current BLS, and strong assessment/communication skills. BSN preferred; 3 years nursing experience preferred, with ambulatory or care coordination background

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and RN license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience preferred; ambulatory care, med-surg, home health, infectious disease, or care coordination experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, triage, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical support staff to support triage, care coordination and outpatient clinic needs.
