Job summary

Qualifications

• COVID-19 vaccination required unless medical/religious exemption is granted.
• Experience in janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps ambulatory facilities clean and orderly by performing duties.
• Cleans and polishes fixtures, rooms, hallways, lobbies and restrooms.
• Vacuuming and floor care; dusting furniture and equipment.
• Washes walls, windows and door panels; empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash to disposal area and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment between departments and ensures access to all client locations.

Job Overview:

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.

Job Qualifications:

• Successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment unless they request and are granted a medical or religious exemption.
