Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is seeking Part Time Ambulatory Housekeepers to support Kaiser Permanente Glenlake Comprehensive Specialty Center in Sandy Springs, GA.

The role runs from 5:00pm to 11:30pm with rotational weekends, paying $15.50 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning patient areas, restrooms, and corridors, maintaining cleanliness of lobbies and offices, and handling waste disposal and supply replenishment.

Qualifications

• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition of employment unless an exemption is approved.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps ambulatory facility areas clean and orderly.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim, walls, and windows.
• Cleans rooms, lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other work areas.
• Sweeps/vacuums floors and dusts furniture and equipment.
• Transports trash to disposal and replenishes bathroom supplies.

Job Overview:

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.


• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.


• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.


• Dusts furniture and equipment.


• Polishes metalwork.


• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.


• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.


• Empties wastebaskets.


• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.


• Replenishes bathroom supplies.


• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Job Qualifications:
