Xanitos, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Ambulatory Housekeeper at Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center in Timonium, MD. The role is 7:00am–3:30pm, 16 hours per week, on-site with rotating holidays and weekends.

The candidate will keep ambulatory facilities clean and orderly, performing routine housekeeping duties across multiple areas and surfaces, with a focus on safety and compliance. Previous janitorial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

• Rotating holidays and weekends
• Hourly Pay Rate $17.50

Job Overview:

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
