Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Ambulatory Housekeepers at Kaiser Permanente Fischer Crossings Medical Center in Sharpsburg, GA. The 1st shift runs 7:00am to 3:30pm with an hourly pay rate of $15.50.

The role focuses on keeping ambulatory facilities clean and orderly and may require vaccination and post-offer screenings. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas; transporting trash and supplies; and upholding safety and cleanliness standards in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless medical or religious exemption is granted.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning experience is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities clean and orderly.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures and surfaces.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairs, and other areas.
• Sweeps or vacuums floors; dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork; washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, doors, panels, and sills; empties trash.
• Transports trash to disposal area and replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Job Overview:

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Job Qualifications:
