Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of Family Medicine RN experience preferred
• 5 years of RN ambulatory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients using the nursing process.
• Supervise unlicensed team members and ensure policy adherence.
• Assess patients, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Educate patients and families, document care, and ensure timely orders.
• Maintain professional conduct and accurate patient records.
• Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with the care team.
