Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital in Snohomish, WA, is seeking an Associate Equine Veterinarian to practice ambulatory medicine with a robust referral hospital behind you. You’ll care for horses across Snohomish and surrounding communities, building relationships year after year.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with ambulatory emergency coverage shared among the team, a progressive compensation model with production, and a sign‑on plus relocation package.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree and active WA license
• Interest in equine medicine and client education
• Desire to contribute to surgery, dentistry and year‑after‑year client relationships
• DEA license or license eligible required before start

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with horse owners and care for horses year after year
• Practice full‑scope ambulatory medicine including farm calls and haul‑in appointments
• Collaborate with on‑site surgery/internals and refer as needed
• Support community with preventive, geriatric and dentistry focus
