Main Line HealthCare’s Endocrinology Practice in Collegeville, PA is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join a collaborative team delivering patient-centered endocrine care. The RN will coordinate care, educate patients, manage medications, and communicate promptly to support positive outcomes.

The role requires 3 years in ambulatory nursing or related settings, a valid PA RN license, ASN/BSN, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ASN or BSN nursing program.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Provider BLS certification.
• At least 3 years of ambulatory/ specialty nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support patients with diabetes, thyroid conditions, and endocrinology needs through care coordination.
• Provide patient education, medication management, and follow-up communications.
• Perform telephone triage, medication refills, and care plan follow-up.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to deliver endocrine care.
