Job summary

Main Line HealthCare’s Endocrinology Practice in Collegeville, PA is seeking an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to join a collaborative team dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. The RN will support patients with diabetes, thyroid conditions and other endocrine needs through care coordination, education and timely communication to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory nursing experience in a clinical setting (ambulatory care, specialty practice, or provider office).
• Strong telephone triage experience with patient assessment, prioritization and follow-up communication.
• Experience supporting endocrinology care, including medication refills and diabetes-related education.
• Experience with insurance or prior authorization processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support patients managing diabetes, thyroid conditions and other endocrine needs through care coordination.
• Provide patient education and medication management.
• Utilize clinical judgment in telephone triage and follow-up to support endocrine care plans.
• Collaborate with providers, patients and care team to promote positive outcomes.
