Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale is hiring a registered nurse (RN) to coordinate nursing care, deliver direct patient care, and educate patients and families. The RN will practice within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model to plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of care. Arizona license required; BSN preferred.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability are essential. Experience in ambulatory care and EMR proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona or compact state.
• BSN preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and provide direct patient care.
• Educate patients and families and support transitions of care.
• Lead, mentor, and participate in quality improvement efforts.
