Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care, provide education, and support transitions of care across the continuum. The RN will practice under Mayo Clinic's Nursing Professional Practice Model and lead or mentor others as needed.

Required: graduation from a baccalaureate nursing program with RN license in Arizona; BLS; excellent communication; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends; prior ambulatory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN must coordinate nursing care across settings and transitions of care.
• Arizona RN license required; BLS competency required.
• BSN preferred; ambulatory experience preferred; strong communication skills.
