Rush Memorial Hospital is seeking a CMA/RMA/LPN to support patient intake, health assessments, and basic diagnostics in an ambulatory setting. The role involves coordinating registrations, collecting demographics and financial information, and directing patients to the appropriate departments.

You will work across outpatient offices and clinics, contributing to QA processes and maintaining patient privacy while handling routine clinical and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• MA, LPN, or RN credentialed professionals preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with patient intakes, vital signs, preventive needs and screenings.
• Coordinate scheduling of referrals, tests and other care items as ordered.
• Explain procedures and provide patient education under guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Provide clerical support and help manage front-desk functions as needed.
