Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent healthcare experience preferred.
• Externship in a medical office preferred.
• EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary and injection experience.
• Electronic health record experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Outstanding patient experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties in ambulatory settings, including clinical and administrative tasks.
• Assist providers with patient care and handle clerical, environmental, and organizational duties.
• Provide information to patients to help them utilize clinical services.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory standards and sustain daily compliance.
• Clinical direction and competency reviews coordinated with office management.
