Advocate Health Care is seeking an Ambulatory and Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor in Chicago, IL, to provide direct supervision in selected clinical areas and help deliver patient-centered care in line with policies and procedures.

The role requires RN licensure and 2–3 years of lead or supervisory experience, with outpatient experience preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. with clinic-based flexibility.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Licensure.
• 2-3 years previous Lead or Supervisory experience preferred.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. with flexibility based on clinic needs.
• Oversee and support staff in providing and coordinating comprehensive care through the nursing process.
• Promote safe, therapeutic outcomes in alignment with established standards, policies, and procedures.
