Responsibilities

• Delivers professional nursing care to clinic patients; triages and manages procedures per standing orders.
• Performs diagnostic tests and screenings (e.g., EKG, spirometry, vision/hearing) per protocol.
• Performs wound assessments and complex wound care; manages dressings.
• Inserts/removes tubes, drains, urinary catheters; applies splints/braces.
• Educates patients on sample collection and follow-up information.
• Communicates lab results and prescriptions to patients and providers.
