Shift

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.


• Must have at least 12 months of Ambulatory Clinic experience.


• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.


• ADN completion required.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).


• This role will require floating to multiple units.


• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will be processed as local.


• Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite onboarding.

Additional Details

• Unit Details: No telemetry.


• Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday, No on-call required, no weekends required.


• Required Skills/Experience: Clinical experience and/or interest in the care and management of patient populations specific to the area of employment.


• Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.


• 7 days maximum time off


• 1 reference from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
