Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or multi-state license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Two years of nursing experience.
• BSN preferred with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical support staff and coordinate ambulatory patient care.
• Plan staff needs, assign daily work and monthly schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify educational needs and implement programs.
• Assess learning needs and create orientation plans.
• Develop competency requirements to ensure essential skills.
• Perform daily rounds to address patient/family satisfaction and escalate as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across the clinic.
• Contribute to standards, policies and forms in coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate outreach and community health activities and data collection per protocols.
• Provide input on hiring, retention and staff interviews.
• Deliver ongoing feedback, coaching and performance counseling.
• Assist with equipment orders and vendor contracts for clinical supplies.
• Assist with triage to maintain clinic flow and appropriate care levels.
• Handle patient complaints and support Department Leadership as needed.
