Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and prepares them for examination or procedure.
• Obtains vital signs and performs required screens.
• Administers IM, subcutaneous, and oral medications as ordered.
• Assists with preparation of supplies and aids physicians/APs during treatments.
• Ensures accurate chart entries and timely documentation.
• Coordinates referrals and pre-authorizations as directed.
• Collects and documents lab specimens and enters EMR data as needed.
• Notifies patients of test results and follow-up appointments.
