Job summary

Xanitos is hiring Part-Time Ambulatory Housekeepers at Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center in Timonium, MD.

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, 16 hours per week (Two 8-hour shifts), on-site with rotating holidays and weekends. Hourly pay rate is $17.50.

Job Overview: Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing duties; requires a high school diploma or GED and post-offer medical, background screening, and drug test.

Qualifications

• Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
