Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a facility leader to execute growth strategies with direct P&L responsibility for a local center. You will lead a team of clinical and operational professionals, partnering with physicians and the Medical Executive Committee to deliver high-quality patient care and drive top-line growth.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop staff, ensuring clinical quality, patient safety, and operational excellence across the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of healthcare experience, 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Preference for experience in ASC, outpatient, or multi-site healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth strategy for the facility and own P&L responsibilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing facility team of clinical and operational professionals.
• Collaborate with physicians and Medical Executive Committee to meet patient needs and drive top-line growth.
• Recruit, retain, and develop staff; ensure clinical quality and patient safety standards are met.
• Drive operational excellence, manage budget, and implement strategic plans.
