Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day clinical activities to ensure a patient-focused, quality environment of care.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, family members, and staff.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to identify current and future practice needs.
• Promote an environment sensitive to the culturally diverse needs of patients and staff.
• Facilitate positive working relationships among departments.
• Comply with and monitor adherence to HIPAA policies.
• Create and maintain policies related to practice operations.
• Serve as a departmental resource for regulatory site visits.
• Implement quality measures as directed by quality teams.
• Conduct patient call-backs and follow-up calls within a timely manner.
