Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.
• Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team for diverse complex patients.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and team members.
• Seek and provide feedback to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.
• Assume a beginning leadership role and seek mentoring to grow leadership capabilities.
