Atrium Health is seeking an Ambulatory Operations RN to join the 09127 WFBMG University Group Practice team. This full‑time role involves 40 hours weekly with three 12‑hour shifts and every fourth weekend, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care in an ambulatory setting.

You will utilize the nursing process, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, document accurately in the EHR, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license and BLS certification.
• Typically requires 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence care outcomes.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and according to protocols.
• May be required to float to other units or facilities within the service area.
