Prisma Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory, medical office, or urgent care setting. The role ensures care aligns with Nursing Practice Act, professional standards, and Prisma Health policies.

You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to support wellness and safety.

Qualificações

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: current RN license in the state with multistate recognition.
• In lieu of ADN, RN diploma or certificate acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Provides and coordinates nursing care in ambulatory and urgent care settings.
• Delivers patient care per individualized plan, respecting cultural and educational needs.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing protocol.
• Documents care and communicates patient condition to the health team.
• Delegates tasks to team members according to needs and capabilities.
• Follows infection control and safety protocols.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
