Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory, medical office, or urgent care setting at the Greer Medical Campus. You will work under state nursing practice guidelines and Prisma Health policies to meet patient needs and promote wellness.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, plan of care development, medication administration, and safe documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Experience: No experience required.
• In lieu of ADN, RN diploma or certificate with a current multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care within policies, procedures, and state regulations.
• Assesses patient needs and develops individualized plan of care.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per approved protocol.
• Coordinates and documents patient care with the healthcare team.
• Adheres to infection control and safety protocols.
• Educates patients and families on post-visit self-care.

Education

Associate degree in Nursing

BSN preferred
