Job summary

Prisma Health in Mountain Lakes Practices seeks a registered nurse to provide and coordinate nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory setting, including medical offices and urgent care. The role follows state nursing standards, Prisma Health policies, and patient-centered care paths.

Required is an active RN license (compact or state) with ADN or RN diploma route allowed. BSN preferred. This is a day shift position within Rural Health, Mountain Lake Family Medicine, reporting to a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education required: ADN; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: current RN license in state of practice or compact license.
• Experience: No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care in ambulatory settings.
• Coordinates and documents patient care and education.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocol.
• Adheres to infection control and safety protocols.
• Educates patients and families for post-visit care.

Education

Associates degree in Nursing (ADN)

RN diploma or certificate with multi-state license (NCSBN compact)
