Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree with licensure to practice in Nebraska or eligible jurisdiction.
• Clinical excellence and leadership in ambulatory care encouraged.
• Experience or residency in ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-centered pharmaceutical care in ambulatory clinic teams.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize therapy.
