Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach is seeking a Pharmacist to lead patient care and pharmacy operations. You will provide personalized counseling, collaborate with clinicians for safe prescribing, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist in Florida with required board certification.

Board Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.Pharm.D. from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy or B.S. Pharmacy Degree from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy WITH a required Board Certification.Specialized Residency (PGY-2), or Fellowship in the clinical service specialty practice area, or equivalent practice experience (completion of 4 years of practice experience in the specialized area or completion of a PGY-1 Residency plus 2 additional years of practice experience in the specialized area)-PreferredTrack record of exceptional performance in leadership, clinical practice, research, and education in specialty area of practice.Fully meets ASHP Residency Preceptor Requirements.
