You will collaborate with licensed providers to develop patient-centered care plans and participate in improving quality and performance metrics.

The role includes administering treatments and medications, providing education to patients and families, and ensuring safe, efficient patient flow in ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Professional Nurse in New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; after 9/1/25, may hire with Associate Degree in Nursing plus intent to complete BSN.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required.

Responsabilités

• Performs physical examinations and diagnostic testing.
• Records information in electronic health record.
• Administers medications and provides wound care.
• Directs and delegates to licensed staff to support patient flow.
