Job summary

Stormont Vail Health is seeking a full-time Express Care LPN for our Topeka clinics. The position supports patient assessment, triage and education across acute physical, emotional, and psychological health concerns.

You will assist with exams, administer medications, and coordinate tests under provider supervision. Responsibilities include documenting patient care in the EMR, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and accurate documentation.
• Knowledge of safety rules and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient check-in, examinations and procedures.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Triage calls and evaluate patient health status.
• Coordinate tests and services (labs, imaging, home care, admissions).
• Provide patient education on medications, tests and procedures.
