Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision for ambulatory patients.
• Screen patients, schedule appointments, and refer to services as needed.
• Prepare charts and ensure lab and reports are filed.
• Document clinical transactions and support case management.
• Assist medical staff with treatment and diagnostic procedures.
• Perform EKGs and venipuncture; administer injections as required.
• Monitor equipment and ensure adequate supplies; maintain clean environment.
• Coordinate patient flow across the clinic and schedule follow-ups.
• Educate patients and document teaching in charts.
