Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days if required by department.
• LPN education includes completion of an approved Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and support transition into care.
• Take and record vital signs and health histories.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist during procedures.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform lab tasks including specimen collection and point-of-care testing.
• Document care in electronic health records accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver coordinated care.
