Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license required by state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 45 days unless exempted by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and health screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
• Perform lab tasks including specimen collection and point‑of‑care testing.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Assist in ER transfers and coordinate with the care team.
