Job Description

The Nurse Residency Program is designed for new graduate RNs seeking an entry-level ambulatory care nursing role. It offers full-time, Monday through Friday day shifts. All new graduate RNs will be enrolled in a one-year evidence-based Nurse Residency Program supporting their transition from academia to professional practice, aligned with HHC’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within one month of hire.
• Must be eligible for CT State RN License.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
