Job summary

Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking an RN to join the Cardiology department in Wesley Chapel, FL. The position supports ambulatory and post-acute care, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will administer patient care, assess needs, and develop individualized plans while maintaining safety and regulatory standards. The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program, Florida RN licensure, and active BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.
• 1 year experience required unless approved by AVP level or above.

Responsibilities

• Administers patient care in ambulatory/ post-acute setting.
• Assesses patients’ needs and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Demonstrates age-appropriate assessment and care planning.
• Delivers education and coordinates care with the healthcare team.
• Maintains compliance with policies and participates in quality improvement.
