Job summary

Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking an RN in the Cardiology Department. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at Wesley Chapel, FL.

The role focuses on ambulatory care, patient assessment, and developing individualized care plans for patients who typically return home the same day. The ideal candidate has graduated from an approved nursing program, holds Florida RN licensure (or NLC) and BLS, with ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as required for certain areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Florida RN licensure or NLC, with BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide ambulatory care nursing in a post-acute setting.
• Administer medications, patient education, and treatments.
• Maintain patient safety and up-to-date charting.
• Collaborate with health care team to coordinate care.
